Presentation Guideline
Poster Session
Poster presentation includes a short introductory oral presentation.
- Poster sizeļ¼ A0 portrait (width 841mm, height 1189mm)
- Short presentation: Two slides by Microsoft Power Point or PDF without animation effects. The first slide can include the title and the names of authors only.

The short presentation is scheduled at the beginning of each session. The presentation time assigned for each presenter is strictly limited to 1 min 15 sec. The slides will be operated by the session chair, and each presenter will be introduced by the session chair using each presenter's first slide containing the title and the names of authors. Each presenter can spend the whole assigned time period (1 min 15 sec) for the introductory talk using the second slide.
Oral Session
The presentation time is 20 minutes (15 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for Q & A), which include a change of presenters,a setup of presentation slides. Supported file format is Microsoft Power Point or PDF.
Please copy your presentation file to the Laptop PC prepared at the session room using your USB memory before the beginning of each session.
