{"id":1635,"date":"2017-03-04T15:17:29","date_gmt":"2017-03-04T06:17:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ieice-sisa.org\/?page_id=1635"},"modified":"2018-04-09T17:17:33","modified_gmt":"2018-04-09T08:17:33","slug":"authors-kit-guidelines","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ieice-sisa.org\/?page_id=1635","title":{"rendered":"Author&#8217;s Kit &#038; Guidelines"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Author\u2019s kit &amp; guidelines<\/h2>\n<p>Following samples contain the guidelines how to prepare the manuscript of your full papers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ieice-sisa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/SISA2017_SampleFiles.zip\">Zip file for samples of LaTeX and Microsoft Word<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Copyright Transfer Agreement Form<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ieice-sisa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/copyright_transfer_agreement_sisa2017.doc\">Microsoft Word file<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ieice-sisa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/copyright_transfer_agreement_sisa2017.pdf\">PDF file<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All the authors of accepted papers must sign the copyright transfer agreement<br \/>\nform for the paper to be included in the SISA 2017 proceedings.<\/p>\n<h2>Presentation Guidelines<\/h2>\n<h3>Regular &amp; IPSJ-AVM Special Sessions (Poster)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Poster size: A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) portrait (height &gt; width).<\/li>\n<li>Short presentation slide: 2&#8211;3 slides by Microsoft Power Point or PDF without animation effects.<\/li>\n<li>Short-presentation is scheduled at the beginning of each session.<\/li>\n<li>Each presenter is supposed to have a short presentation in 2 minutes by 2&#8211;3 slides.<\/li>\n<li>Please copy your presentation file to the laptop PC by USB memory before the beginning of each session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Special Sessions (Oral)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Each presenter has 18 minutes (15 minutes for the presentation itself and 3 minutes for Q&amp;A).<\/li>\n<li>Authors should bring their own laptop PC for presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Data projector will be available in the presentation room.<\/li>\n<li>It is recommended to test the presentation materials in advance of the session to ensure compatibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Short Presentation Template<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ieice-sisa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/sisa2017-short-presentation-template.pptx\">Short presentation template (MS power point) (sample)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ieice-sisa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/sisa2017-short-presentation-sample.pdf\">Example of the short presentation\u00a0(PDF)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any style can be used for your slides. Paper title, author names\/affiliations and Paper-ID which is assigned in <a title=\"Program\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ieice-sisa.org\/?page_id=1807\">SISA 2017 Technical Program<\/a> must be included.<\/p>\n<p>Caution!:<br \/>\nEach accepted paper has two IDs which, namely, are Submission-ID and Paper-ID. The Paper-ID has been newly assigned in the technical program by SISA 2017 TPC, and the Submission-ID has been automatically assigned by the submission system to identify all submitted papers.
