Fundamentals<\/h2>\n<p>We plan to publish a <b>Special Section on IEICE Trans. Fundamentals<\/b> on November 2019. Authors who presented their original works in SISA 2018 are solicited to submit papers to this special section.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sisa-2018-avm-special-session\">SISA 2018 AVM Special Session<\/h2>\n<p>One of the special sessions includes an <strong>AVM special session<\/strong> cooperated with The Special Interest Groups of Audio Visual and Multimedia information processing (AVM), IPSJ, Japan. This AVM special session aims to give the young researchers opportunities to give poster presentations.
