Following samples contain the guidelines on how to prepare the manuscript of your full papers.<\/p>\n
All the authors of accepted papers must sign the copyright transfer agreement form for the paper to be included in the SISA 2018 proceedings.<\/p>\n

You may fill in the form electrically using the MS-Word version of the form before printing it. In this case, omit the step 2. Note that the \u2018Authorized signature\u2019 field cannot be completed on your computer.\n<\/li>\n
- Fill in the printed form.\n<\/li>\n
- Sign the printed form. Your signature should be placed on the \u2018Authorized signature\u2019 field.\n<\/li>\n
- Scan the signed form and send it to the chair via email. PDF format is preferable.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Presentation Guidelines<\/h2>\nRegular & IPSJ-AVM Special Sessions (Poster)<\/h3>\n
In case of regular sessions and IPSJ-AVM special session, your paper will be scheduled as a short oral presentation with poster discussion.<\/p>\n
The panels for hanging their posters are prepared. Please put your poster on the panel before the session begins. Short presentations are scheduled at the beginning of each session. Each presenter is supposed to have a short presentation in 2 minutes by 2\u20133 slides.<\/p>\n
\n- Maximum poster size: A0 portrait (width 841mm, height 1189mm).<\/li>\n
- Short presentation slide: 2\u20133 slides by Microsoft Power Point or PDF without animation effects. Short presentation template can be found here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
We will request the presenters to send presentation files to chair@ieice-sisa.org.<\/p>\n

In case of special sessions except IPSJ-AVM special session, your paper will be scheduled as an oral presentation.<\/p>\n
\n- Each presenter has 20 minutes (15 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for Q&A).<\/li>\n
- Authors should bring their own laptop PC for presentation. Data projector will be available in the presentation room. It is recommended to test the presentation materials in advance of the session to ensure compatibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Any style can be used for your slides. Paper title, author names\/affiliations and Paper-ID which is assigned in SISA 2018 Technical Program<\/a> must be included.<\/p>\nCaution!:
\nEach accepted paper has two IDs which, namely, are Submission-ID and Paper-ID. The Paper-ID has been newly assigned to in the technical program by SISA 2018 TPC, and the Submission-ID has been automatically assigned by the submission system to identify all submitted papers.
