You may fill in the form electrically using the MS-Word version of the form before printing it. In this case, omit the step 2. Note that the \u2018Authorized signature\u2019 field cannot be completed on your computer.<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the printed form.<\/li>\n<li>Sign the printed form. Your signature should be placed on the \u2018Authorized signature\u2019 field.<\/li>\n<li>Scan the signed form and send it to the chair via email. PDF format is preferable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Presentation Guidelines<\/h2>\n<p>1\uff0eAuthor is required to prepare either a 1) 15-min long slides or 2) pre-recorded video which can stream in the presentation period if you want.<\/p>\n<p>2. Each presenter should check accessibility and voice\/image quality in advance. On the presentation day, login to the online Webinar Page \u00a0(conference venue). Instructions on how to login to the online Webinar Page will be sent later by email to all authors and registered non-authors.<\/p>\n<p><!--\n\n\n<h3 id=\"regular-ipsj-avm-special-sessions-poster\">Regular Sessions (Poster)<\/h3>\n\n\nIn case of regular sessions, your paper will be scheduled as a short oral presentation with poster discussion.\n\nThe panels for hanging their posters are prepared. Please put your poster on the panel before the session begins. Short presentations are scheduled at the beginning of each session. Each presenter is supposed to have a short presentation in 2 minutes by 2\u20133 slides.\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>Maximum poster size: A0 portrait (width 841mm, height 1189mm).<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Short presentation slide: 2\u20133 slides by Microsoft Power Point or PDF without animation effects. Short presentation template can be found here.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\nWe will request the presenters to send presentation files to chair@ieice-sisa.org.\n\n\n<pre><code>SISA 2020 TPC Chair\nEmail: chair@ieice-sisa.org\n(Max mail size: 5MB (5120KB))<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n\n<h3>Special Sessions (Oral)<\/h3>\n\n\nIn case of special sessions, your paper will be scheduled as an oral presentation.\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>Each presenter has 20 minutes (15 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for Q&amp;A).<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Authors should bring their own laptop PC for presentation. Data projector will be available in the presentation room. It is recommended to test the presentation materials in advance of the session to ensure compatibility.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n<h2>Short Presentation Template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>Short presentation template (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieice-sisa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/sisa2020-short-presentation-template.pptx\">MS Powerpoint<\/a>) (sample)<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Example of the short presentation (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieice-sisa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/sisa2020-short-presentation-sample.pdf\">PDF<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\nAny style can be used for your slides. Paper title, author names\/affiliations and Paper-ID which is assigned in SISA 2020 Technical Program must be included.\n\nCaution!:\nEach accepted paper has two IDs which, namely, are Submission-ID and Paper-ID. The Paper-ID has been newly assigned to in the technical program by SISA 2020 TPC, and the Submission-ID has been automatically assigned by the submission system to identify all submitted papers.
