Instructions for Online Conference in SISA 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n

Portal Site for All Attendees<\/h2>\n

Please visit the following site: https:\/\/www.ieice-sisa.org\/proc\/2021\/<\/a>
\nUsername and password will be notified by email to participants. Zoom link, online proceedings, and presentation materials for poster sessions are available on the portal site.<\/p>\n

Zoom Instructions for All Attendees<\/h2>\n

When you join Zoom meeting room, please change your name from the right-click on the name as<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Session chair: AAA<\/span> BBB<\/span> (Chair)
\nSpeaker: AAA<\/span> BBB<\/span> (RS X-Y)<\/span> or AAA<\/span> BBB<\/span> (SS X-Y<\/span>)
\nAudience: AAA<\/span> BBB<\/span> (CCC<\/span>)<\/p>\n

AAA<\/span>: First Name
\nBBB<\/span>: Last Name
\nRS X-Y<\/span>: Presentation Number in Regular Session (e.g., RS 1-1)
\nSS X-Y<\/span>: Presentation Number in Special Session (e.g., SS 1-1)
\nCCC<\/span>: Affiliation (optional)<\/p>\n

If you want to have a question or comments, click the \u201cRaise Hand\u201d button. The \u201cRaise Hand\u201d button will be appeared by click the \u201cReactions\u201d icon.<\/p>\n

After the session chair calls your name, please talk after turning on your microphone.<\/p>\n

When you finished your question and comments, please click the \u201cLower Hand\u201d button.<\/p>\n

All attendees should not make any type of recordings, such as audio recording, video recording, and screen capture during the workshop.<\/span><\/p>\n

The SISA 2021 organizer holds the rights to use part of recorded video with the permission of the parties concerned for reporting purposes.<\/p>\n

Instructions in Special Session<\/h2>\n

Speakers should join Zoom meeting about 10 minutes before starting the special session.<\/span><\/p>\n

If speakers want to check the slide on the shared screen, please ask the session chair and test it before starting the session.<\/p>\n

How to use Breakout Rooms in Poster Session<\/h2>\n

Speakers should join Breakout Room and prepare their presentation about 15 minutes before starting the poster session.<\/span> Breakout Rooms will open before 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

All attendees can join Breakout Rooms labeled by the presentation numbers (e.g., RS1-1) .<\/p>\n

If you want to move other Breakout Rooms, please use \u201cBreakout Rooms\u201d \u2192 \u201cChoose Breakout Room\u201d.<\/p>\n

Please use \u201cView Options\u201d (150 % or others) and drag on the slide if you want to enlarge the shared slide.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Breakout Rooms will be automatically closed at the end of the session.<\/p>\n

How to Share Screen for Speakers<\/h2>\n

You can share your screen by clicking \u201cShare Screen\u201d button on the bottom of Zoom. A pop-up window will appear to let you choose the screen to share. Please select the window related to your presentation slide.<\/p>\n
