The categories for paid registration are: &#8216;Regular (Onsite, Japan resident)&#8217;, &#8216;Regular (Onsite, Non-Japan resident)&#8217;, &#8216;Regular (Online, Japan\/Non-Japan resident)&#8217;, &#8216;Student (Onsite, Japan\/Non-Japan resident)&#8217;, and &#8216;Student (Online, Author)&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Co-authors participating in the symposium are also required to complete a paid registration, except for students participating online.<\/li>\n<li>Student presenters are required to register under either the &#8216;Student (Onsite, Japan\/Non-Japan resident)&#8217; or &#8216;Student (Online, Author)&#8217; category.<\/li>\n<li>Students attending onsite are required to register under the &#8216;Student (Onsite, Japan\/Non-Japan resident)&#8217; category.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The Author registration deadline is <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">July 28, 2023<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The non-author registration deadline is <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Aug 24, 2023<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The price includes tax.<\/li>\n<li>Banquet is not included.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For Special Session Presenters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A single paid registration can cover multiple presentations given by the same presenter.<\/li>\n<li>The author registration deadline for the special session is <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">August 17<\/span>, 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"registration-pages\">Registration Page<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/app.payvent.net\/embedded_forms\/show\/64994817b642ef4c58c4f1ef\">Registration page<\/a> <\/strong>(Payvent)\n<ul>\n<li>The credit card statement descriptor is \uff33\uff34\uff0a\uff30\uff21\uff39\uff36\uff25\uff2e\uff34.<\/li>\n<li>Presenters and co-authors, please ensure to enter your submission ID during registration.<\/li>\n<li>You are allowed to make payments with a credit card bearing a different name from the participant.<\/li>\n<li>If necessary, you can carry out multiple registrations and consolidate the payments.<\/li>\n<li>Receipts will only be issued for PAID registrations.<\/li>\n<li>If separate receipts are required for each accompanying person, please register each accompanying person individually.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">If you mistakenly register under the wrong participation category or need to cancel your registration, a refund handling fee of 6% of the registration fee (for instance, 1,560 JPY for a 26,000 JPY fee) will be charged.
