Authors are invited to submit a full paper in accordance with posted guidelines.

Due to the COVID-19 worldwide outbreak, SISA 2021 will be held as a real-time virtual workshop. Depending on the COVID-19 situation at that time, we may run the workshop in a hybrid format in Sapporo, Hokkaido, which would consist of both in-person and virtual presentations.

IEICE Proceedings Series

All papers presented in SISA 2021 will be sent to IEICE Proceedings Series, and a limited number of papers selected by the SISA 2021 TPC will be published as open access papers at no additional charge.

SISA Student Paper Awards

Papers, whose first author is a full-time undergraduate student, graduate student, or doctor course student, will be nominated for the SISA Student Paper Awards.

Special Section on IEICE Trans. Fundamentals

We plan to publish a special section on IEICE Trans. Fundamentals in November 2022. Authors who presented their original works in SISA 2021 are solicited to submit papers to this special section.
