Author’s kit & guidelines

Following samples contain the guidelines how to prepare the manuscript of your full papers.

Copyright Transfer Agreement Form

All authors of accepted papers must sign the copyright transfer agreement
form for the paper to be included in the SISA 2016 proceedings.

Short Presentation Template

Any style can be used for your slides. Paper title, author names/affiliations and Paper-ID which is assigned in SISA 2016 Technical Program must be included.

Caution!:
Each accepted paper has two IDs which, namely, are Submission-ID and Paper-ID. Paper-ID has been newly assigned in the technical program by SISA 2016 TPC, and Submission-ID has been automatically assigned by the submission system to identify all submitted papers. Please confirm your Paper-ID in the Technical Program for short presentations.

Presentation Guidelines

Short oral presentations with poster discussion
(regular sessions and IPSJ-AVM special session)

In case of regular sessions and IPSJ-AVM special session, your paper will be scheduled as a short oral presentation with poster discussion.

For the poster discussions, a poster has to be prepared by authors following the guidelines. The panels for hanging their posters are prepared at the session room. Please put your poster on the panel before the session begins.

  • Maximum poster size: A0 portrait (width 841mm, height 1189mm)

Your short oral presentations are scheduled at the beginning of each session. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to make a presentation for explaining your paper within 2 minute.

  • Short presentation slides: 2-3 slides in PDF format. Paper title, authors, and paper-ID must be included in the first slide.

Your presentation PDF files will be collected before the session. Please include your paper-ID in the filename. The collected files will be displayed using projector.

Oral Sessions
(special sessions except IPSJ-AVM special session)

In case of special sessions except IPSJ-AVM special session, your paper will be scheduled as an oral presentation.

The presentation time is 20 minutes (15 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for Q&A). Authors should bring their own laptop PC for presentation. Data projector will be available in the presentation room. It is recommended to test the presentation materials in advance of the session to ensure compatibility.
