The following samples contain the guidelines on how to prepare the manuscript of your full papers.
Copyright Transfer Agreement Form
All the authors of accepted papers must sign the copyright transfer agreement form for the paper to be included in the SISA 2021 proceedings.
Please download the form and return the signed form to the following.

- Print a copy of the form.
You may fill in the form electrically using the MS-Word version of the form before printing it. In this case, omit the step 2. Note that the ‘Authorized signature’ field cannot be completed on your computer.
- Fill in the printed form.
- Sign the printed form. Your signature should be placed on the ‘Authorized signature’ field.
- Scan the signed form and send it to the chair via email. PDF format is preferable.
Presentation Guidelines
Zoom meeting application will be used in the SISA 2021 workshop.
Each presenter should check accessibility and voice/image quality in advance.
(1) Special Session (Oral Presentation)
The presenting author is required to prepare a presentation slide that can display on Zoom meeting.
The presentation time for each paper is 20 minutes long including 5-minute discussion.
Speakers should join Zoom meeting about 10 minutes before starting the special session.
If speakers want to check the slide on the shared screen, please ask the session chair and test it before starting the session.
(2) Regular Session (Poster Presentation)
The following presentation materials should be prepared and submitted to the SISA 2021.
The submission deadline will be September 13.
The instruction of how to upload the presentation materials will be sent by e-mail to the presenting authors.
A. Short Presentation Video
The duration of presentation is 3 to 5 minutes.
The recorded video file is in MPEG-4 format (.mp4) whose maximum file size is 150 MB.
The presentation videos will be available to the SISA 2021 attendees on Sep. 20.
B. One-Page Presentation Slide
The aspect ratio of slide is 16:9 landscape.
The slide file is in PDF format whose maximum file size is 20 MB.
The small-size fonts are allowed as long as the attendees can read them using Zoom-In function on the PDF viewer or the Zoom application.
The presentation slides will be available to the SISA 2021 attendees on Sep. 20.
The poster session is 90 minutes long where each presenter is assigned to a Zoom breakout room. The presenting author shows the one-page slide on the Zoom shared screen.
Procedure for poster presentation and participation
(a) The submitted presentation materials will be open to participants on the restricted website on September 20.
Participants can view the short presentation videos and slides prior to the poster session.
(b) About 15 minutes before starting the poster session, presenters are asked to prepare their own presentations.
- Please go to the assigned Zoom breakout room and show the presentation slide on the Zoom shared screen.
- Please use the same slide file that has been submitted.
- Session chair confirms the preparation of the presenter.
(c) Participants go to the Zoom breakout room and have a question to a presenter.
Participants can move in and out freely between breakout rooms.
